Wedding Coordinator

Initial Consultation & Vision:

We work with you to understand your vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.

    We help create and stick to a budget, tracking expenses and making sure you stay on track. 

  • Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation:

    We research, recommend, and negotiate with vendors (venue, caterer, florist, photographer, etc.). 

  • Timeline Creation:

    We develop a detailed timeline for the wedding day and the lead-up to it. 

  • Design & Styling:

    We can assist with event design, decor, and tablescapes, helping you achieve your desired look. 

  • Guest List Management:

    We help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements. 

  • Invitations & Signage:

    We can help with invitation design, sourcing, and managing, as well as creating signage for the wedding. 

  • Logistics:

    We handle all the logistical details, from transportation to accommodation for guests. 

Day Of Event:

  • We ensure the wedding day runs according to the planned schedule, making adjustments as needed.

  • We act as the point of contact for all vendors, answering questions, confirming deliveries, and troubleshooting any issues.

  • Assisting the Couple:

  • We assist the couple and their wedding party with any needs or requests they may have. 

  • Ensuring Smooth Flow:

  • We orchestrate the flow of events, from the couple's entrance to the grand exit, ensuring everything runs smoothly. 

  • Distributing Items:

  • We distribute bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. 

  • Collecting Items:

  • We collect personal items and gifts and ensure they are with the designated person by the end of the night. 

  • Overseeing the Breakdown:

  • We may also assist with the breakdown of the reception, ensuring that personal items are packed up and guests are able to depart smoothly.
